VOCABULARY NAME OF ANIMALS

This is the third in the series and has words with "xt" and "bb" in it. Thereafter there are fun but useful activities like find the words hidden in the picture, classify as per size, name the adjective that describes the person /situation etc. Key included. Hope you find it useful. Thanks! :)

VOCABULARY AND SPELLING 3

This is a great game to get the students thinking of other ways to describe words and will allow allow them to revise vocabulary in a fun way. This game can be adapted to suit any theme.

Vocabulary and definition game

Students create a funny story by filling in the blanks on the first page with the indicated parts of speech and then adding them to the story on the second page. They shouldn't look at the second page while they are choosing their words. This is a fun, creative way to practice parts of speech. It also works as a good follow-up activity if the students are reading a Paddington Bear book.

Challenge yourself and your students with this awesome wordsearch. Great for revising word formation with suffixes like -fy, -able, -ly, -ize, etc. Appropiate for intermediate, upper, b2 levels.
