A worksheet for elementary students with a fun activity to practice vocabulary. By reading the descriptions the students have to find out the boys' names. The text is completely editable / correctable. Hope it's useful.

1.Cut out the situation cards.

2.Cut out the top half of first page and give out.

3.Split the class into groups of two.

4.Talk about the joke.

5.Go over any relevant vocabulary.

6.Explain the role play situation to them.

7.Tell each group who is the doctor and patient.

8.Give the patient one card face-down.

9.Give each group 5-10 minutes to develop the situation.

Note:  Try to encourage the groups to act out the role play situation as they will enjoy it much more.

10.Each patient reports to the class saying what the doctor advised them to do.

11.Change roles in each group.

12.Vote which doctor gave the best advice.
