KIDS GAMES

This activity is a game that can be played in groups to practise present perfect tense and past tenses. Each student is asked a question "Have you ever..?" and has to reply: "Yes, I have". If it is a lie, he must quickly make up a story backing up his statement and answer the questions of other students (when, why, how many times..). Then the students guess, it the story is true or not.

GUESS GAME

The idea of this game was not mine.. I saw it on a blog and decided to do one for my Basic 1 students. Bring a deck of cards to the classroom and ask each S to pick a card. They have to answer the question that is in that card. The one who gets the most cards is the winner. It can be done with any levels, you just have to adapt the questions.
