A little help from my friends

There is a new scheme in the UK, to promote businesses. If you eat out on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday during the month of August, the government pays half of your food bill (not drinks) up to £10 per meal. They read the passage, do the exercises and describe the cartoon. They are also asked to say  what they think about the scheme.
