An interesting reading comprehension on immigration from Italy to USA, with questions. It's useful to introduce a CLIL lesson on immigration (History, Social Studies). It's addressed to italian students who must know their history and thei roots, but it's also useful for other students who wants to go deep this kind os issues

This is a list of simple questions about immigration in the United States. I had the students read the questions and guess what the answer would be. If they weren't coming up with guesses, I asked [when appropriate] how they would answer the question for their own country. It was basically an organized way to both teach new information and generate conversation about the topic.

I used these in freshmen classes at a Korean University. Practice , then perform at the from of the class. We used boarding cards, suitcases, x ray machine from a cardboard box, wand to check for metal. I hope it helps your students.
