USING IN ON UNDER

Hello, this is my first upload here. I created this exercise for my elementary pupils. The vocabulary is related to a video chant I found on the youtube. I can give you the link to it on e-mail, so don't hasitate to ask.

This worksheet will help students to understand the concept of basic prepositions. This activity is fun for kids as it involves them to place some pictures according to the instructions given.

Basic Prepositions of Place (in, on, under)

These are cards practicing Animals and prepositions of place (In, On, Under). Can be flashcards but...

I am using these as game cards, printing out a bunch giving each student a card and they walk around and ask their friends where the animal is and the friend says a sentence and then the other friend asks , and they say the sentence and then play rock paper scissors... and the winner keeps the card the loser can come get a new card, until the cards are out (I print about 20 extra) usually takes me to the end of class.

There are two activities to practise the prepositions of place "in, on, under". In the first activity, students have to cut the balls and stick them in the correct picture according to the sentences. In the second exercise, students have to look at the pictures and circle the correct preposition of place.

This is a simple worksheet to teach prepositions.

It is labeled for easy understanding. I use this with the English Land 3, page 34 lesson. The students fill in the answers in questions 1-4. Questions 5-8 are answered verbally.
