This is my 7th logic task. It´s about the subjects, the grades and for what ss can get grades. It´s good to have some fun before or in the Summer Holiday. Hope you like it. I created a template which you can download and create similar games like this. Hugs, Zsuzsapszi

This is an exercise for Phrasal verbs RUN, you can do it by yourself or use it for a big test in the classroom. I will do the answer worksheet later after upload this worksheet already

Phrasal Verbs RUN Exercise

Students have to do three exercises dealing with English idioms. Firstly, they match idioms with their definitions, then fill in the gaps with English idioms and finally choose the correct answer.  The answer key is given.

If you are looking for a worksheet about shapes, this is just for you! On the first page, it just introduces the shapes, and on the second page, there is a matching exercise for learners to practice them.

A great multi-level exercise. The outcome of all versions should be the same -correcting the mistakes in the postcard. But altogether there are three versions of the same postcard with instructions suited for less and more advanced Ss within the same group. Weaker Ss can get the postcard A-where the specific kinds of mistakes are colourfully highlighted; for stronger Ss the mistakes are only underlined and they should decide what kind of mistake it is, version C, the most challenging, is for the best Ss in your group - they find the mistakes for themselves and correct them.  This way all Ss get engaged in the same exercise and they won't get bored! Tricky, isn’t it?  ;) Good luck. 

It’s difficult to motivate Ss if you have mixed-ability groups. Good luck. I think this activity should do the job. Happy teaching to all of you ;)

This is a speaking/listening activity based on a youtube video.  It explores the relationship between Canada and the United States, from the American perspective. Students often hesitate when they have to pronounce the verbs in the past. They don't know the right way. I have given this poster to my students and they get the pronounciation quite fast after studying it. Hope it is usefull for your students as well.

How to pronounce -ed!

This is Adele's newest song. It includes two vocabulary activities. The first one is writing in English what is shown in the pictures to then complete the gaps in the lyric with those words. The second exercise consists of a multiple choice questions where students will learn two idiomatic expressions and a slang word usually used in songs.
