This is a fun group game which aims to discuss the topic Black Friday. This group game is mostly focused on the way Japanese would celebrate Black Friday, focusing on sales.

Conversation Corner: Wheels

This worksheets has many exercises. Firstly, students have to choose an idea for a business among some logos. They must discuss the advantages and disadvanges of each one. Secondly, they have to fill in a questionnaire about their business and new company. They will learn a lot of vocabulary related to business.


Then, they must present their idea to the rest of their partners using the answers from the questionnaire and, finally, they have to 'record' an advertisment for the local radio.

A fun speaking activity for a false beginner class of adults.  I have printed and laminated the cards.  In the class, I lay the cards face down, (I back the cards with my logo and email).  Each person chooses a card.  I go first to show the class what to do.  If I get the card, "What would you say if... there was a mouse in your house but you couldn't find it."  I said, "  I would scream EEK and run out of the house until my husband took care of it.  Then other students gave what they would say in that situation.  Then the next student's turn.  Lots of fun!!
