This is a simple activity to be used at several levels during Christmastime. I first have my students predict which words go where and then we listen to the song to check and sing along.

This is a listening activity at low-medium level. The song is called Memories by Maroon 5. You have to fill in the gaps in the song with the words you will find above. Some words are repeated. Enjoyable.

MEMORIES FILL -IN THE GAPS 

A funny way of memorizing the irregular forms of the verbs in the past. The cards are placed faces down and shuffled.On their turn, players turn over 2 cards.The winner is the one with the most cards at the end of the game. Once the game is finished I also ask the ss to imagine as many sentences as possible using the verbs...
