A mind-map I made for my EFL students. It is a summary of a topic covered in their coursebooks to do with Nutrition and what we need to stay healthy. It shows how different nutrients are divided into families and gives examples of foods that contain those nutrients.There are some included exercises to test comprehension and recall of the information contained in the mind map, and an answer key, too.

Learners taking the C2 Proficient exam should be able to:<ul><li>Understand almost everything read or heard with ease.</li><li>Summarize information from a variety of sources into a coherent presentation.</li><li>Express themselves using precise meaning in complex scenarios.</li><li>Can express him/herself spontaneously, very fluently and precisely, differentiating finer shades of meaning even in the most complex situations</li></ul>
