MODAL VERBS- PART 2:WILL-SHALL-WOULD

Format got a little weird uploading! Modal verb MUST in the past tense, includes review of modal assumptions in the present tense and grammar explanations. Best for older students. Practices using various scaffolds until more independent practice. Can be used with as much teacher modeling as needed depending on ss familiarity with forms.

I make these cards to use for practicing the target language of the modals.  I print these out and cut them. Then I fold them in half. The students have to guess which answer is correct. If they get the correct answer, they roll the dice and get whatever score. (roll X 5) = 5 times what they roll.
