The present printable is intended for students who want to practise  MUST and MUSTN’T. It is an excellent resource for elementary school students (A1) and pre-intermediate (A2) level.

This is a reading comprehension about school rules. Three pupils speak about the school rules in their schools. The students have to read the three texts and fill in the table. Enjoy! ;-)

SHOULD AND MUST

This was originally meant for teaching French students about do's and dont's. It is essentially a visual guide to the main expressions in use. It can be useful even with adults who are beginning anew.

Do's and Don'ts

I did the first part of the worksheet with two girls from a Muslim background, while we were doing dos and donts. I decided to remove the bits which they added because their dos and donts represented their tradition, and not necessarily the views of all Muslims. Of course the rest of the worksheet can be changed the way you like, you can add the Hindi religion for instance. This can be interesting in case the MFL/English and RE teachers decide to work together in a school.
