Like my, "Next Summer" worksheet, the students will have to use the future tense of "will". First they have to circle the correct activity shown in the picture. Then write a sentence about the picture.

Next Winter

This is for the students to practice the future tense. They will have to make the sentences using the key phrases being learned. Then make sentences about what they will do in the future.

Next Summer

Student organize information about their ideal summer holidays. They can write about places to travel, monuments to visit, people to go with..



When they finish the chart, they can write a text using all this information and draw a picture to show their ideal summer holidays.

The spy next door

A creative and simple written task that puts the emphasis on the use of the simple future. After the task, students can share their texts and have their classmates try to guess who is the fictive authors of their texts are (famous people). 

Next Summer I Will...

The aim of this worksheet is to let students practise using the present continuous for upcoming plans. e.g. "What are you doing on Monday next week? I'm watching a movie at the cinema." 



You can start the class by brainstorming free time activities, then highlight the ones that we would normally plan in advance as these are the ones we would be most likely to use with the present continuous. Then students ask each other "What are you doing on ___day next week?" and write their partners' answers in the boxes. They don't need to say their real plans, encourage them to use the activities brainstormed on the board.



Next, highlight the 3rd person forms "What is [name] doing on Monday next week? (S)he is watching a movie at the cinema." Then allow 1 minute for students to try to memorise as much as they can of their sheet. In pairs, ask them to swap sheets and test each other's memories using the 3rd person form - 1 point for each correct answer.



Wrap up the class with some kind of charades or pictionary game for the free time activities used in the class. I've done this class many times now and it always works nicely!

Plans For Next Week

This is the way kids recognize picture order. we can introduce fruits to them first. This worksheet is about fruits and color of the fruits. you may ask them to cut the pictures out ( if your kids are able to do it )

What picture come next

This worksheet will have the students look and match the line to the person and the activity. Then they will have to write the sentences on the lines given next to the number. 

Next Summer Part 2

Worksheet meant to be used as a supplementary document to a lesson about the concepts of today, tomorrow, the day after tomorrow, next week/month, etc. Fill in the blank activity.

Students take turns to finish a story. 



Each student gets a story handout.

(There are 6 kinds of handouts, for added variety). 

The last page is the back of the handout and gives students writing tips.



Student 1 - draw Picture 2

Student 2 - write a sentence to describe Picture 2/ follow sentence 1

Student 3 - draw Picture 3, etc. 



(picture -> sentence -> picture -> sentence...)



When 6 pictures and 6 sentences are finished, return to original student and they write the last sentence to complete the story.
