This picture is the latest puzzle doing the rounds! I have added some basic questions, to promote description, 'There is/There are and what the people are doing'. Then the cryptic questions! They are difficult! Don't worry, on page 2, there is a complete answer key. This ws should work at all levels. Link to the original article provided. 

What is happening?

An easy description worksheet for young learners and learners with learning difficulties. The students have to answer the questions about the picture. They are practicing the basic vocabulary for house and home.

Halloween Word Search 1

a worksheet that aims at revising weekdays months seasons festivities. It can be used with elementary students as well as with students with special educational needs. you can cut and laminate the last three pages thus creating a mini calendar. I hope you like it!

This is a fable. There is a focus on the superlative. They read the passage and answer the questions. I have used some idiomatic English, so there is a language focus exercise on page 2 (plus KEY). Then, an exercise to practise the superlative form in a fun way. 

The Monkey and the Dog

This worksheet practices school subjects. The students have to write the correct word under the pictures.

The second page gives the answer and could be used as a classroom poster or you can give it to each students so they can make a pictionary
