It's a bingo game to practice phone numbers. The teacher can read out the phone numbers or choose students to read them aloud. There are eight sets and I imagined it using it as a teamwork or pairwork.

Students will have the chance to acquire language and explore new vocabulary by reading this book.

tHIS IS A COMPRENHENSION WORKSHEET TO DO WHILE WATCHING A VIDEO.  I WORK IT WITH MY STUDENTS WHO ARE ABOUT 15 , 16 YEARS OLD AND WHEN WE WORK ON ADDICTION , SOCIAL MEDIA OR MOBILE ADDICTION. After this worksheet and when it is corrected, I ask them a short writing -to make a link with the video and to use its vocaulary - such as : Would you be ready to get into the phone free challenge, just like students in the video ? MAKING A PHONE CALL

This is a worksheet I use when discussing technology and mobile phones. Students watch an old clip from the 80's for a mobile phone and discuss how phones have changed. They then compare their first mobile phone with their current one before finally designing a phone of the future in pairs/ groups. It is useful for using adjectives and talking about the future using "going to"

Inventing new mobile phones

This is a listening activity about a response to a classified ad perfect for introducing vocab and speaking practice for renting an apartment. The audio is clear and slow but a bit long and so I broke it into 3 parts for activities for low level students. the first is fill in the blanks,  inthe second I cut out the lines for the Ss to order. the third activity is to follow the directions on the map which I cannot include yet as I don't have a scanner..it is easy to draw for yourself anyway.

Phone Call about Apartment

This worksheet was part of a unit on technology and was given after learning and practicing the main modal verbs. Students read each sentence and use an appropriate modal verb from the box above. More than one  modal verb could be used depending on the intended meaning. The aim is for students to justify the use of a particular modal verb.
