A selection of English ESL phonics printables

This is a summery song to listen to and chill while doing an easy listening practice. Students are required to fill in the blanks or circle the answer while listening to the song. Teachers can have students look through the lyrics before listening, especially with beginners. There is really a lot you can do with this type of activity, depending on how long your class is, how many classes you want to spend on it. Have fun and enjoy the tune!

Peace - Bloodshake Lyrics/Phonics Listening Practice

This product is used for getting students familiar with words that start with the target letter and identifying pictures that correlate with that word. students will match the words to the pictures in the first step, identify the letter and words that represent that letter by coloring in the second part and practice writing some of the words learned and repeat the sentence after the teacher in the third part.

In this worksheet, students review words they have learned in the unit, each with an original illustration. This time, the goal is to practice the blends of the consonants b and l. Students write out the words under each picture in a focused repetition activity that gradually ramps up the difficulty. Test c includes  the picture for the word "spray" which comes with the next lesson. The test item for test c is only 11. The word "spray" is but a bonus.Test d is for long vowels.
