AT THE PLAYGROUND/PARK - WORDSEARCH

This is a picture description activity. Students must read a short passage and look at a picture. They must say if the statements given are true or false. Then, they must answer the questions.

Picture description - At the playground

A worksheet for elementary students to encourage reading and answering questions with some added advantage of revising some vocabulary not just as a word but used in a sentence and a context. They work very well with most of my young learners. Please edit where needed. Hope it is useful. :)

the song worksheet I found online but reviewed and edited for intermediate level esl students. it focuses on the use of the construction "used to" as well as on the ability to logically unscramble the lines and find the definition of words.

A simple worksheet used to match up the words to each room you might find inside of a school. Great for beginners at English and younger students such as Kindergarten and Primary.

WORD HUNT - spring

For the first 4 clocks dictate some times (after the children ask you:'What's the time Mr Wolf?')

Then the students write their own in the next 4 clocks and ask and answer in pairs, noting their partner's times in the last 4.

Then, of course, if you have space you can play the traditional playground game...
