Worksheet for young learners or students with learning difficulties, elementary level. In the first exercise the students have to read the statements and paint the corresponding book. They have to answer questions about the picture. They also have to complete sentences with the prepositions.

Prepositions of place

This is the first set of flash cards (10 out of 20) dealing with prepositions. They are double: at the front: only the preposition and a picture; at the back: a sentence and a picture, so that you can choose if you want to introduce only the preposition word connected to the picture, or also the preposition in the context of a sentence, which I consider very important in the learning process. The whole set has been created with the aim of making my students familiar with the preposition words and the pictures connected to them, as afterwards they play the games "Snap!!" and "Memory", which they love. I have also uploaded here the little cards to play the games together with the instructions. Enjoy yourself!!

PREPOSITIONS of place

A grammar worksheet for young learners about the use of prepositions of place.It has two exercises. It's wuite simple and basic actually. It can be given as a homework. 

Preposition of Place

First sheet: original drawings expressing several prepositions of direction. I taught this in a yoga school, so after practicing the language we made an assault course out of blankets, mats, blocks, and chairs. I then had the students direct one another through the course.



Second sheet: A couple of homework activities, including idioms using prepositions of direction.

There are two parts of this worksheet. First, students identify preposition of time in, on and at by completing the sentences with correct preposition. Second, students are asked to create sentences based on the pictures given on the worksheet.
