Winter , multiple choice activity

This is a speaking and conversation worksheet based around the topic of making decisions. The worksheet starts with a questionnaire in which students ask each other about future plans and record whether their partner has already made a decision or not. There is also a short reading activity to provide some vocabulary revision before finishing off with a speaking activity. Ideally suited for one-to-one lessons or small groups, but it could also be adapted for larger groups. Answers included.

I made this worksheet to help my students get to know each other. They haven't met before, so I want them to use this questionnaire as an ice-breaker. There are questions the answers to which can be very informative. 

Getting to know each other

It is a questionnaire about summer holidays it can be given on the last lesson to have students talking about their future plans. It contains issues that have been taught during the school year.

Writing, pair/group work survey worksheet aimed at difficult students or classes. Can also be used as the basis for making a class newsletter. Do students ever fall asleep, are they bored or just not interested? It´s not easy to engage or interest these learners. This worksheet, with some ordinary and some quite unconventional questions, could help. PS: No students killed themselves when using this worksheet. Main grammar points to know: inversion, mixed conditionals, modals in the past, all passive forms, phrasal verbs (all patterns), wish/if only for regrets
