I prepared these two worksheets for my first graders (6 y.o) who have just started reading and writing in their own language. They practise reading, writing and listening skills with a set of 8 super-easy words (ball, doll, seven, ten, red, yellow, cat, dog) . Exercises include: Reading words in capital and small letters, reading and picture-matching, writing the name under the picture and choosing the right picture/word according to  what they hear.

This is the 8 th part of my worksheets "Let´s read and write about...´ Student have to read the text on the given topic, then they have to do some tasks connected with the text. The task are : match the words to make phrases, translating the words, true/false sentences, matching the words with their definition.

Another folk tale (this one is Tibetan) for INTERMEDIATE students. Students must read the tale and answer seven reading comprehension questions.

Students are also asked to choose ADJECTIVES to describe the tiger and the frog and explain the reasons for their choices.



Very good reading activity that can lead into a discussion about personality adjectives.
