This worksheet focuses on data collection about the features of birds and reptiles in general. Students then have to form questions linked to the data collection. One paragraph is written already as an exemplar. This exemplar uses linkers- and, but, both for writing practice. 

Finally, students have to follow the example but with new information, new questions, then write their own paragraph to extend the one existing.

in this worksheets students will have to read descriptions and match with the correct animal. In the second activity, students will have to classify animals in reptiles, birds, insects or mammals and count how many of them belong to each category.
