Your ESL student will be able to practice parts of the house vocabulary but is mainly a listening comprehension activity. Keep in mind that although English is spoken throughout the video Francesco's accent is heavy, so there are a few words that are mispronounced and some parts might be difficult to understand.

What is wrong - Rooms in a house

In the little worksheet, the students have to find the words that correspond to the rooms of the house. Images are included so that the students know which room it is, but feel free to delete them for added difficulty. On page 2, you will find the answers to make it a little easier for you.

I designed 10 different copies to cover a class of 20 students. Each page has two cards that would be given to 2 students. Main grammar points to know: inversion, mixed conditionals, modals in the past, all passive forms, phrasal verbs (all patterns), wish/if only for regrets

Learners who can smoothly communicate in every walk of life, read long texts and write well

Learners taking the C2 Proficient exam should be able to:<ul><li>Understand almost everything read or heard with ease.</li><li>Summarize information from a variety of sources into a coherent presentation.</li><li>Express themselves using precise meaning in complex scenarios.</li><li>Can express him/herself spontaneously, very fluently and precisely, differentiating finer shades of meaning even in the most complex situations</li></ul>
