Christmas Round Words

The worksheet can be used for different categories as a warmer. Students get a certain time to find words within each category starting with the letters of the alphabet.

Warmer: Round the Alphabet

A nice picture of a kitchen. Good for present continuous and prepositions of place practice. There is a true or false exercise for them to complete by putting a tick in the correct box.

A picture of a family at breakfast. The picture is of a family in the fifties (1950s) and they can discuss the differences between then and now. They look at the picture and complete the exercises.

2021 Year-Round-Up

Great for speaking and small projects/presentations done individually, in pairs or in grups. Ss imagine their route going on a round-the-world trip. Of course, there are some restrictions to make the whole activity more challenging.
