This worksheet can be use as a writing exercise in learning past continuous tense. It is because students have to make 5 sentences in the form of past continuous tense by using the finding verbs on the scramble letters.

Here students can practise building the sentences, it's more challenging becasue the irregular verbs are used. The same verbs were used in the worksheet called: "Irregular verbs, part I".

Simply print and cut the sentences, cut into the words, just make sure you don't mix them :)
