Song Activity

A fill in the gaps activity for  beginner students on Valentines Day. It can be used in  adults or children classrooms. The singer pronounces the words slowly and clearly. First, the teacher shows the video(link in the worksheet) and elicits from students vocabulary related to the story. Then, plays the song for students to complete the lyrics.

Listen and Complete the missing words. There are no clues to help, it is a listening exercise to test the ability of understanding words in the song. It does not focus on any grammar category specifically.

This is a very simple song about peace.

It is a fill in the gaps activity. As it is very short and easy, you can just let the students listen to the song and try lo hear what word is missing, if it so difficult for them to hear the words, you can write them on the blackboard and they will have to put them in the correct place.
