Main grammar points to know: inversion, mixed conditionals, modals in the past, all passive forms, phrasal verbs (all patterns), wish/if only for regrets

Learners who can smoothly communicate in every walk of life, read long texts and write well

I've made this worksheet for my 9th grade students. First they had to do the tasks on listening to get the whole text of the song. Then we discussed most of further questions on the song meaning in class together sharing ideas. The task to compare 2 versions of the song was for home task. Kids loved it! Started working in groups on it) In the end we had a rather heated discussion))

Start by reviewing the 3 final 'S' sounds with examples. Then 

put students into 2 groups and give each group a chart and have them decide which 'S' sound it is. After they listen to the song and put the words in the appropriate places in the song. The song is nice and slow so it's great for your Elementary students, and you can use it with pre-int too.
