Here are some speaking cards for your students. In pairs, they will get a set of cards that they will have to complete and comment about a variety of topics and situations. Once they have finished, the teacher will ask the questions again and the students will have to tell  what they have retained about their classmate's answers.

Use this cards to help students to keep their talk when describing a picture especially when they get blocked. Cut out the cards and show them one by one so that they can continue talking.

Recomended for the FCE speaking exam.

This game is meant to practice the Superlative form of the adjective. Sttudents are given a card. They have to use the the phrase they received to make comparison among people they know.

Use language flexibly and effectively for social, academic and professional purposes. Understand a wide range of demanding, longer texts. Produce clear, well-structured, detailed text on complex subjects, using linking phrases (=words that connect ideas between sentences). Main grammar points to know: inversion, mixed conditionals, modals in the past, all passive forms, phrasal verbs (all patterns), wish/if only for regrets

Learners who can smoothly communicate in every walk of life, read long texts and write well

Learners taking the C2 Proficient exam should be able to:<ul><li>Understand almost everything read or heard with ease.</li><li>Summarize information from a variety of sources into a coherent presentation.</li><li>Express themselves using precise meaning in complex scenarios.</li><li>Can express him/herself spontaneously, very fluently and precisely, differentiating finer shades of meaning even in the most complex situations</li></ul>
