Students read about a meal out at a restaurant and then answer some comprehension questions.  The reading section can be cut out and used as a running dictation activity.

Believer - Imagine Dragons Song Actvity

A worksheet based on a YouTube video. Two young men order breakfast in a restaurant. They have rather eccentric tastes in breakfast food. The worksheet includes a link to the video, a transcript and a comprehensio activity.

Ordering Food

Here students work in pairs and ask each other questions  such as : do you like playing on the ciomputer? They note down their answers and can commenst on their friends' tastes concerning hobbies

Students work on the vocabulary related to five senses: hearing, sight, taste, touch and smell. They complete the sentences using the appropriate verbs from the box in the correct form.

THE FIVE SENSES

Here is a sheet of paper to work on synonyms of like and dislke and gerunds. The pupils can express their taste with different verbs associated with verbs-ing. You can you use either just like this or you can make them find the words in pairs.

Review the names of the pictured foods. Describe them- what they look like and what they taste like. The pictures are the clues for the answers. A possible blackboard review of the correct spelling of the foods may be necessary. Key included.
