A short passage about a crazy date. A guy meets a girl on Tinder but when they meet up in person, she is a bit strange! A fun (daft;-) short read to practise the past simple and part continuous. T/F and questions. Full key included.

This is a picture description exercise to practise the present continuous tense. They have to put the right number on the line (match picture to sentence) and put the verb in brackets into the present continuous tense. key included.

This is a reading about applications, such as Tinder or Happn. The students first have to answer some personal questions. Then they read the text, do an activity on some vocabulary and, after that, they answers some questions on the reading. finally, they have to write a kind of essay saying the pros and cons of mobile dating apps.

In this worksheet, students should create 6 personalities and try to find a soulmate to the characters given on the second page. You can delete & edit the likes before you present them to your students.
