Here is another worksheet of the series "VOCABULARY QUIZ"(answers included) this time to review vocabulary related to TRANSPORT AND TRAVELLING: MEANS OF TRANSPORT; TRAVELLING EQUIPMENT, ETC. Students must choose the right option in some multiple choice questions, and answer others with the correct info. It´s useful to discuss also in which other contexts the rest of the options are used, so that they not only review the vocabulary specific of this topic, but also other terms. Enjoy it!!

This worksheet has authentic vocabulary used at the airport: TSA (Transportation Security Administration), overweight luggage fee, metal detector, scanner. A recent traveler, all the newly implemented security restrictions and procedures at the airport made an impression on me. The board game is about transportation. Game is for beginners who need to consolidate the new vocabulary. This is a fun way to do it and reinforces the vocabulary.

Have your students choose describing adjectives from the different boxes and write them under each vehicle. These adjectives are merely meant as suggestions, and the best thing is if they can come up with suggestions of their own. Also have them write down the name of each vehicle.

This can either be used as an individual worksheet, or a basis for a group or class discussion.

Learners who can smoothly communicate in every walk of life, read long texts and write well

Learners taking the C2 Proficient exam should be able to:<ul><li>Understand almost everything read or heard with ease.</li><li>Summarize information from a variety of sources into a coherent presentation.</li><li>Express themselves using precise meaning in complex scenarios.</li><li>Can express him/herself spontaneously, very fluently and precisely, differentiating finer shades of meaning even in the most complex situations</li></ul>
