I included a bunch of useful language in the worksheet: A: phrases to begin an interesting story, insist that you're telling the truth, be enthusiastic, B: express disbelief, say that you're impressed, ask for more juicy details. Bless up, Kisdobos

**Description of Present Simple**

The present simple tense is used to describe habitual actions, general truths, and routines. It is formed using the base form of the verb for all subjects, except for the third person singular, which adds an -s or -es (e.g., "he walks," "she watches"). 

Common uses of the present simple include:

1. **Habitual Actions:** "I go to the gym every day."
2. **General Truths:** "Water boils at 100 degrees Celsius."
3. **Scheduled Events:** "The train leaves at 6 PM."

A short passage with some comprehension questions. It's a story I heard on the radio and it made me laugh. This passage could lead to a discussion about personal qualities and about always telling the truth. A WHITE LIE is a lie you tell to spare someone's feelings, or a lie that is harmless and may do some good. 

RC: The Interview

This guide is based on a video talking about gossip and an audio which is a report about fake news. I used this guide to teach students the importance of analyzing news and any information that has been spoken by others.
