Kids will first unscramble words related to common classroom objects and then match each word with its corresponding picture. This game helps reinforce vocabulary, spelling, and object recognition skills.

A very simple listening activity to foster sentence-making skills. Students listen to the song "Price Tag" and try to unscramble the words to make correct sentences at some parts of the lyrics. I personally prefer to make them listen to the song two times.
2 important points:
* Since this material was designed for Turkish-speaking students, I added Turkish explanation for the instruction in the brackets. You can delete or edit that as you wish :)
* There was one little bad word in the song lyrics, I censored it :)

This is a worksheet that I made to compliment a presentation about the usage of the definite article or its omittance. A2 students may find this a little bit challenging so I recommend that they work in groups to complete it and that they use dictionaries where needed. The answers can be found on the second page. 

Definite Article or Zero Article Sentence Unscramble

Students must unscramble 5 Halloween words and write sentences using the Halloween vocabulary. There are also empty picture frames for students to draw pictures if they finish the activity early. This matching video: https://youtu.be/ml_ce0b2Pjw gives students 60 seconds to solve each word and then the words are magically unscrambled on screen. 


To make the exercise easier for younger learners, you may provide the first letter or last letter of each word. Teachers can use this as a 5 minute activity at the end of class.

Unscramble 5 Halloween Words - Vocabulary Activity + Video

There are three different activities in this worksheet. In the first one children have to match the name of ten farm animals to real photographs (they're not cartoons). In the second exercise, they will be asked to unscrumble the name of the same animals. In the last exercise, there are ten descriptions of the animals and children have to guess what animal it is.



Children will learn vocabulary such as wings, tail, beak, horns, and the name of some raw materials: milk, wool, meat, eggs.
