The main aim of this worksheet is to practice vocabulary about clothes through description. It is focused in writing. There are just two very easy writing exercises because it is thought for young learners.

Vocabulary about clothing and Present Continuous. 

What are you wearing?

This is an activity in which students have to match the character with the description of their clothes. The characters are well known cartoons, so kids feel really motivated to work.

This worksheet could be useful for you if you want your young students start writing about what people are wearing. You can change the pictures if they do not fit your needs.

Students will listen to some people describing what they are wearing and will do some on-line exercises after listening. Afterwards, the whole class will play a game: guessing who is being described.

read the descriptions of clothes and paint them

Have the students carefully look at the pictures and answer the two questions. They will then have to fill in the blanks. The last two questions focus purely on the clothing and students should list more than one clothing name. 

Once your pupils are a bit fmailiar with the clothes vocabulary, you can ask them to draw themselves and then list the different clothing items they are wearing that day.

Produce clear, well-structured, detailed text on complex subjects, using linking phrases (=words that connect ideas between sentences). Main grammar points to know: inversion, mixed conditionals, modals in the past, all passive forms, phrasal verbs (all patterns), wish/if only for regrets

Learners who can smoothly communicate in every walk of life, read long texts and write well
