This is based around a youtube video. The URL of the video is at the top of the sheet. This is meant to be for a listening and speaking class where the communicative language approach is used. It's around 4 minutes long and is dense with information, so I recommend it for high Intermediate to Advanced class. It can be built around a theme of "Entertainment" and some preparatory work with vocabulary involving animation or the entertainment industry is suggested. It's the history of why Mickey Mouse and other classic Disney characters wear white gloves and it goes into detail about this style of animation. I can upload the answer sheet separately. Feel free to make up your own questions, too!

This A2-level worksheet is designed for preteens and explores the question: Should we wear school uniforms? In this set of flash cards,  your students will learn what to wear in certain weather and what you can do. This gives the student the opportunity to practice their English and encourage them to speak. This can be used as a whole class activity or as a game.

This is a simple pair work exercise for teaching the target language,"What is he wearing?  He's wearing..."  I use this with the English Land 3, Unit 8 textbook. The students ask the question and write down the answer. This teaches speaking, listening, and writing in one exercise.

In this worksheet students can see a picture with different people in it. There is a text describing what each person is doing and/or wearing. This is helpful to review present continuous and clothing. After the reading, students need to formulate questions using WH words. The last part includes a short and simple speaking exercise for them to use new vocabulary and target structures.

Use this activitiy to exercise your student's writing skills. It focuses on describing weather and climate, and what one is wearing, from a very contextualize writing proposal. 



Students may struggle a little to read the textual proposal out, since it has words that they don't know. Teachers might pre-teach the vocabulary or read the text with the students, exploring the meanings of the words and other stuff they notice students need to be introduced to.
