This is an easy worksheet on listening based on a very popular song. There are 5 exercises to do during listening. First students have to listen and write the words they hear, then they have to choose the word they hear from the three given. The next task is to number the lines in the correct order. The fourth exercises they have to do is to match the halves, and the last one is to write the words from the table. Easy and nice! HAVE FUN !

When the weather is wet...

A worksheet asking for some simple vocabulary about seasons, giving a sentence about each season that they must fill in the gaps, and an explanation about wet and dry seasons.

Here it is the first part with 20 opposites: hot, cold, wet, dry, clean dirty, big, small.. Cut, laminate and they have to match the opposites. Hope it´s useful :)

Opposites puzzle  Game Part 1 

This is a very simple game with a dice and cards. Place all the cards face down. Children throw the dice in turns. They call out the part of the body they get. Then they they pick up a card and make a sentence with can or can't and the corresponding sense. Eg: (Dice: Nose. Card: Flowers.) They should say: "Nose. I can smell flowers". In that case, they get the card. But if when throwing the dice, they get "ear", the sentence should be: "I can't hear flowers". In that case, they have to leave the card on the table face down again. The student who gets more cards wins. ("My 5 senses" picture on the dice is like a wild card, they can choose the part of the body they want) You can also ask your students to describe the pictures using: soft, hard, wet, hot and cold.

This worksheet I prepared for my 6th graders to speak about rules. They have to look at the picture and fill in wether must or mustn't. Hope you can use it, too. Have a great day!   ;)

I set up this activity for my adults elementary students. It is a perfect way to let them practice making offers and request in freer speach. By looking at the card they decide wether it is an offer, a request or a permission and put in the gaps "Can I...?", "Could/Can you?", "Would you like?". One by one the s-s ask questions and give possible answers. Present the respons on the board so they could have a visual choice of negative and positive replies. Enjoy the activity!
