This is a revision ws. The ss can practise their knowledge with 4 exercises. I have a student who has difficulty with writing questions to the sentences, so I decided to prepare this ws for him. A poster for your classroom on weather idioms. Greetings from a teacher who is allowed back to work on Monday after 4 weeks of lockout!

Weather Idioms

A simple version of the kid's game Guess Who.  Students are placed in pairs and given a sheet.  Each student secretly picks a character.  They then ask each other a series of "Does s/he have...?" or "Is s/he...?" to attempt to determine who their partner has chosen.

guess who I am

Here, students have to find the opposites of the adjectives given in the list, then they have to complete the sentences with the opposites of the adjectives written in the sentences. I have updated it because of an error in the picture of dresses instead of T-shirts and the word WRONG to erase. Sorry for the inconvience for those who want to print it as it is the preview which is printed!!:((

The reading worksheet and matching exercise discuss Black History Month as well as a few noteable figures. It is best for students who have basic reading skills. The instructor can read and have the students follow along, or have them read the passage aloud. This ws is about the phrasal verbs. This time I compiled the ones with call. The ws contains their explanations and 2 different tasks. Each student receives a card that consists of three pictures - two people they have to find and one person that they know. Their task is to describe the pictures they have and to find someone who has these people and who knows the information about them. The first student who finds full information is the winner!

Guessing game Appearance

It's a class game, I've prepared to play with a group of 27 students but it can adapted to your needs...give one card to each ss, the one with the word STAR is the one who iniciates the game asking: "Who is wearing a beatiful dress?", the ss with the beatiful dress card continues answering: I'm wearing a beatiful dress and the game goes on an on until the last ss with the word FINISH closes the Game.
