DEVELOPING VOCABULARY FOR WRITING A LETTER OF COMPLAINT

This activity is to reinforce both reading and writing. Students have to read the words from a bank of words then, they have to write them under the correct picture.

School stationery

Pupils would fill in the spaces on each item with a letter to complete the word. There is a word bank to help them with the spelling. Then they have to draw the word.

CAMPING NEEDS

I put a list of words from the water cycle unit, found images and simplified definitions as it is mean to be for younger learners with little English. 

It could be used a a matching vocabulary activity - match pictures to words to definitions.

Or, you could hang it on a wall as a word bank, or send it home for parents and learners to to work on at home.

A simple labelling activity to help young ESL students learn how to identify their family members in English. Students can colour in the pictures and label each family member using the helpful word bank at the bottom of the page. This is a great worksheet to use as a warm-up exercise before teaching more complex concepts of family.
