A word game where you win if you are fast in remembering nouns, verbs, adjectives,clothes, animals, and countries beginning with the same letter. Play in in groups min. 2 students. You can add extra points if the spelling is right.Maybe use dictionaries. You just need to print page 1 for each student, and keep page 2 for explanation. My students have fun doing it.

Words+words is  a game  we use in class.Students love playing it.It can be played as a team game too.students can check  vocabulary, tenses,prepositions,adjectives an so on.  It’s very easy to play.You and your students have to form different words from the "mysterious" square, there are more than a hundred words hidden in it,for example: if the letters t -c-a- are in the square you can form CAT.If there are 2 letters e, you can form BEE, it doesn't matter the order .You and your students have to have an additional paper so you write the words there .Don't let your students write on the square.:)

Matching Word Game

It is a nice activity that needs student's imagination, memory and concentration about finding the missing letters, in this case only consonants are given and the students have to find vowel sounds in order to complete the correct word. In this activity students can compete individually or group work.

 Word game activity

Choose about twenty words the students have learnt and write them on the board. Give them a task to choose nine words and to  fill the table with these words. Read out definitions in turn. The winner is a person who has crossed out all the words.
