Lesson plan

Pre-tasks

1. You are going to watch a 10- minute video about reduced inequalities. You will hear 6 different speakers deal about various 'types' of inequality (even though not all). Answer the questions which will appear while you watch and at the end write down in you copybook: what inequalities has each speaker talked about?

Follow-up tasks

1. Who are these speakers? Check in the internet to find out and keep record of it in your copybooks or file.

Discussion questions

1. Which of the inequalities discussed in the video do you find most relevant or affecting people's destinies even in our (Italian) society? Which do you find most unjust? Jot down some ideas and prepare to discuss in a group in the next lesson.
