1. Ask students when they last had pizza. Ask them how they ordered it.
2. Tell the students that they are going to watch a short film about a pizzeria and its two workers.
1. Put students in pairs and have half of the groups write a dialog between a police officer and the chef, the other between the officer and the delivery boy about how the accident happened.
2. Alternatively, you can have the class write a police report using the present simple and present continuous with beginners, the past simple and past continuous with intermediate students, and the past simple, past continuous and past perfect tenses with advanced students.
1. When is the last time you had pizza?
2. How did you order it?
3. Which of your things have you ordered with home delivery?
4. Do you think the chef was also the owner? Explain your answer.
5. Who is responsible for the burning down of the pizzeria, the delivery boy or the chef?
6. Would you have left the pizzeria like that if you were the owner?
7. If the short film would continue, what would happen next?
