Fashion Slideshow

Students learn about vocabulary to do with clothing patterns, styles and materials. This powerpoint can be used to introduce the topic or for revision of the already-done vocabulary. For learning, students of course write the vocabulary, otherwise the lesson can be structured around speaking about what they see, e.g. what their favourite styales/patterns,... are/ what they\'re wearing today /make a survey in the class - most popular patterns, etc. We always have a fashion show at the end & they love it!

It is a ppt you can use to introduce a new vocabulary or practice it with the students. You can use it as a quiz or a gusessing competition. I hope it will be useful.

This is just like the game Spot It or Doble!, but with words that are easy. It's great for children who are just learning some English. There are around 50+ clothes items on the cards. Put two cards from the deck face up on the table. The game is to identify the clothes item that shows up in both cards. The first student to shout it out keeps one of the cards. The person with the highest number of cards at the end of the game wins.
