This display summarizes the well-known Arthurian legend of the Sword in the Stone. The simple past tense (regular and non regular verbs) is emphasized in this powerpoint so that pupils can assimilate effortlessly this new tense. After that, they can use the matched worksheet (also available on ISL collective) to go further.
