I found a text and adopted it by changing speakers\' names into my students\'. This text can also be printed as a handout to highlight some temporal adverbs that indicate Present Perfect. If your students already have an idea of how this grammar structure is used, you can use this pp as a revision activity.

This PPT  begins with a warm up, a game where T models by saying three life experiences from which, two are true and one is a lie.   The group then ask questions trying to figure out the lie. The one who guesses is next to tell his/her three experiences. If it is a large group, you might make trios for them to go over the activity. You can modify with your own sentences. 

Then there comes the presentation of the target language, in this one I only present regular verbs as it is intended as an introductory presentation. Brief explanation of yet/already and a few sentences to practice whole group.
