This powerpoint presentation is a collection of jokes for kids. It can be used to review the present simple tense and as a warmer or cooler activity. I hope your students have fun. 

Jokes and Puns for Kids

Works with 2007 or above only.  Click on Start and then go to the verb list.  Have the students make a sentence using the verb in the present simple ((click on it until the color changes from red or blue (two teams)) andd if they answer correctly, go the the board game and click a checker piece until it disapears or turns to red or blue.  The team that answers correctly goes first.  You can also play it against the student and the teacher if you only have 1 student.

Use the pictures to introduce some vocabulary about routine (typical day) in the third person (she). Also teach students the use of first, then, after that and finally to connect the sentences. At the end, ss must retell the story.

I used the smaller boxes as cards, that I cut out, and used for various games and activities (board games, spinner games, dice games etc.) The larger box worksheets were made for the students to do as homework to review.
