This lesson covers the verb TO BE in present tense (am, is, are) with pronoun contractions. It also practices polite language: Please, Thank You, You're Welcome, I'm Sorry, No Problem.  The Bible reading "God is Light" is from 1 John 1:5. 



Audio narration and a fun charades game are included. Pronunciation of the /u/ (shwa) and  /aw/ sounds are practiced. Homework includes practical reading and writing as well as fill in the blanks with pictures.
