I created this document as a support to a final task ' THE WEATHER PRESENTER' with my 6eme classes( year 7).  You can use it with A1 students (today, it is sunny ...) or A2 ( it's going to be / it will be ...). The last slide allows you to create new ones or ask students to create their own weather map!

Great fun for a warm up. It takes over 15 minutes though ... which can be great or a hindrance depending on what you are wanting to do.

Game for online lessons with kids. 



Instructions: 

1)Type the word you want them to guess behind the movable blue squares.

2) During the online lesson, turn on screen demo, open Slide 2 (not in Slide Show mode, but in regular editing mode), have kids take turns guessing the letters from the word. If they say the wrong letter, type it in red and have the gingerbread man step one step down towards the fish. If a kid guesses the letter, reveal it by pulling down the blue box.

Main grammar points to know: inversion, mixed conditionals, modals in the past, all passive forms, phrasal verbs (all patterns), wish/if only for regrets

Learners who can smoothly communicate in every walk of life, read long texts and write well
