In this power the children learn how to ask someone to tidy their room, taking an object and putting it in a room or in its place. For example when working in class you can ask the children to "put the pencils in the pencil case" and so on.

The Dam Busters

The exercise can be used written and orally. The purpose of it is to make student contrast their knowledge on the simple present with what they are going to learn about simple past.

Routine in the past

The students should guess the correct verb. These are some daily common verbs to create a routine. This game is a great activity to introduce the topic or to review vocabulary.

Game for online lessons with kids. 



Instructions: 

1)Type the word you want them to guess behind the movable blue squares.

2) During the online lesson, turn on screen demo, open Slide 2 (not in Slide Show mode, but in regular editing mode), have kids take turns guessing the letters from the word. If they say the wrong letter, type it in red and have the gingerbread man step one step down towards the fish. If a kid guesses the letter, reveal it by pulling down the blue box.
