I have already uploaded this PPT, but by mistake, I used a draft which has two typing mistakes. That´s why I am uploading the correct one. I used it as an introduction to talk about our planet and the environment. It´s part of a project. However, as it a quizz, you can also revise Superlatives. I turned it into a competition and it really worked very well! I feel really ashamed to have made such a mistake yesterday. Hope you find this one. I assure you, it works for teens

First you get the difference between direct questions formed with am/is/are and do/does and their indirect correlations. 
 Then you have to complete the task by changing direct questions into the indirect ones.

Rules and tasks on indirect questions "Can you tell me..." with "be" and "do/does"
