This presentation is an introduction to the Future Simple. Students learn, when to use it, the learn affirmative, negative and interrogative forms and short and long forms. At the end there is a short exercise for questions in the Future simple.

These slides were made for students to practice talking about their future plans, what they want to do, what they wish to see. 



Another purpose of this Powerpoint is that students get to share their ideas and opinions with their friends about what matters, whether it be about themselves or society, so you can find a tint of social issue conversation their.



In this activity, I made students pair up or make a group of three. Teachers need to make sure to encourage follow-up questions so they can discuss reasons and alternatives too.

Future plan: Speaking activity 

I would like to share my power point presentation with you. It's a fun grammar guide. 

It can help you to present the difference in the usage of ''be going to'' and ''will''. There are a lot of good visual example. You might elicit what the characters are saying or just show the phrases and explain why this structure is used.

This quick presentation has basic grammar of how to use the present continuous with future meaning in the positive, negative, and question form! It has two exercises which can be written or spoken, it depends of your class format. In the first one the verbs, and  activities are provided. On the other hand, the second one they have to come up with verbs and activities. 

Present continuous with future meaning

It is a PowerPoint game for young learners. It\'s a nice way to practice Future Simple. Follow the story, there are multiple tasks, such as filling in the gaps and making correct sentences. 

Fortune Teller

This Powerpoint presents a song written by John Lennon "Imagine" and can help teachers in many ways when teaching vocabulary, parts of speach, making sentences, discussions. It is appropriate for any level: elementary, with the presentation of vocabulary with flashcards, worksheets with "filling in the blanks and listening" and other inumerous activities. At the intermediate, it is very useful for the teaching of parts of speech, with the help of the words in the song, uses of expressions like "I wonder if...","I hope..." and many others. And at an advanced level, work in groups, in pairs, with the message contained in the song, using the words that are connected to the subject: "come and join us", "nothing to kill or die for", "living in peace" and more. I strongly recommend presenting this Powerpoint at the end of the activities, both for checking exercises done before it, as well as enjoying this beautiful song. I hope you enjoy it, too!!!
