Fro further written practice with the third conditional. It might seem a bit hard at first but it works out fine if students really grasp the use of the third conditional. I advise teachers do some speaking drill on the topic after it´s presented and before this one is done.

I am sharing  State  Exam test created by myself for Grade 11 , our textbook is Solutions Advanced level.

You  can use this  test by the end of the year also.

Grade 11 State Exam 

This speaking activity is designed to practice both yes-no questions and the vocabulary of jobs.  Students have to guess the job through yes-no questions.

I designed it for my adult students but it can be used with teenagers as well.

I think it's appropriate for elementary and pre-intermediate students.

Guess my job

This is an exam which includes exercises on sense verbs, countable and uncountable nouns, expressions with "have got", when to use "how much / many / a lot of / lots of / too and enough". It also features vocabulary related to clothes and food along with winter and other holiday vocabulary.

Second Semester A2 Level Exam

Students must choose who they want to save from a list of people on a sinking ship. Then they must work with others and compromise on their original choice. The worksheet is a good warmer to get the students critically thinking and to review second conditional. It also provides good speaking practice by requiring reasons for their survival choices.

My top-3 tips, which I recommend my every student If they want to improve English during Summer. Let your student read and analyse it. Give your own tips and maybe suggest some name of books, films and Tv-shows, which you think he would like.

Learning English in Summer

Make the students read the text first and make them have a general idea of the topic. After that you can make them speak about movies.

P.S: I didn't wrote the text if the owner can let me know I can refer to them.

Reading and Speaking Activity

This is taken from Paugaliza because there were no flaschards for the vocabulary. There are the names of pieces of furniture and household appliances. 

This can be used for teaching new vocabulary or testing the learnt vocabulary.

It can be used as a memory game or pairing game. 

Further on, can be used together with Paugaliza's set named Furniture & Household Objects - Sets 2 and 3.



This material can be used teaching every beginner age-group.

This is a fun way for students in pre-intermediate and intermediate levels to learn prepositions. The worksheet is well illustrated. I hope teachers find it useful.

Preposition and Vocabulary Worksheet

It is a nice activity that needs student's imagination, memory and concentration about finding the missing letters, in this case only consonants are given and the students have to find vowel sounds in order to complete the correct word. In this activity students can compete individually or group work.
