It is a vocabulary exercise. The task is to match the type of book with its definition or pescriprion. This execise will help to check vocabulary knowledge of students.

This worksheet consists of two tasks. 
The first task is a text woth forty gaps that students must complete with the verbs in present simple.

This is a simple exercise that brings two activities that work with books genres.  The first activity has some books' covers and aks to the learner to identify their correct genres. There is also a question about the learner favourite genre. The second activity has short synopses to be match with the correct books.

Learners taking the C1 Advanced exam should be able to: Express ideas fluently and spontaneously without much obvious searching for expressions. Use language flexibly and effectively for social, academic and professional purposes. Understand a wide range of demanding, longer texts. Produce clear, well-structured, detailed text on complex subjects, using linking phrases (=words that connect ideas between sentences). Main grammar points to know: inversion, mixed conditionals, modals in the past, all passive forms, phrasal verbs (all patterns), wish/if only for regrets

Learners who can smoothly communicate in every walk of life, read long texts and write well

Learners taking the C2 Proficient exam should be able to:<ul><li>Understand almost everything read or heard with ease.</li><li>Summarize information from a variety of sources into a coherent presentation.</li><li>Express themselves using precise meaning in complex scenarios.</li><li>Can express him/herself spontaneously, very fluently and precisely, differentiating finer shades of meaning even in the most complex situations</li></ul>
